Was not good. Read a lot of good reviews about the late night ramen noodle so decided to try it. Went there right when it opened and waited over 1hour. When we finally got seated, people who came after us got their food first, waited another 30minutes before we got our ramen. The broth was super salty and the noodle was chewy. Cosmo slushy was gross. 3 bowls of ramen & 3 Cosmo at $65 was not worth the wait. Will never go again.
Fantastic dining experience.. We eat out a lot but this is one of the best dining experiences we have had in Milwaukee. the presentation was masterful. The food was superb the service was excellent. Wine , hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dessert coffee, for 3 peopleincluding tip over 20 % was $250.it was worth every penny .
Very fine food, service. For me ardent is right there with our own Sanford and Hugo’s of Portland, ME

Ardent is on par with Chez Panisse in the 80’s–a thrilling meal by a wizard chef. We eat great food all around the world but this was one of the best! We had the 8 course tasting menu with wine pairings.
RAMEN. So, I found out at 11:30pm till 1am that ramen was happening here ( I’m unsure if it’s every night or just Friday/Saturday). Seriously craved a third bowl, it was by far the best two bowls of ramen I’ve ever experienced. Very warm intimate setting. I can’t wait to come in again to eat during regular hours. There’s a new staple in town, it’s called Ardent.
Worst dining experience I’ve had in a very long time. The owners/managers were EXTREMELY RUDE and the food was subpar. I couldn’t even chew the pork and had to spit it out into a napkin. They didn’t even attempt to seat our party of 7, they just assumed we were going to huddle around three bar seats (even after ordering food). The managers were rude and actually offensive. I am still reeling from just how TERRIBLE our experience was.
