The pizza wasn’t full cooked
Had the best pizza tonight from Pizza Shuttle. I order it a few times a month and tonight’s anchovy and pepperoni pizza was mouth watering! Very satisfied!22 Apr, 2013Bad turned Good. After a rather disappointing pizza, I took a photo and emailed it to the owners to make sure my complaint was not ignored or covered up by management. Not only did I get a personal apology email but they sent me a gift card along with another apology letter, a free slice card and a bumper sticker. Beyond my wildest expectations, I am very grateful and glad to know that customer service is key to Pizza Shuttle. Mistakes are made and corrected 🙂
Soooo Nice!. I order all the time and have only had one order be wrong. So like 1/50 was wrong . But when I went to pick it up, they hadn’t put my order in the oven. they noticed right away and apologized. They got it cooking right awaya nd one of the employees (who was pretty cute!) talked with me and offered me a free soda, even though they were a bit busy

I go to Pizza Shuttle almost every Monday night.Pros:staff – always friendly, and quick to spot a regular!price – cheap/college kid’s dream.tasty – pizza, breadsticks or bosco sticks are the way to go!music – they’ve always got an eclectic mix of music playing.responsiveness – one of my friends recently made a complaint, and they were prompt about responding to him and changing his order.Cons:ice cream – they recently switched from the AWESOMELY DELICIOUS Chocolate Shoppe ice cream to the not-as-delicious Cedar Crest ice cream. While you still get a lot of ice cream for not a lot of money, please bring back Chocolate Shoppe!
Stoner’s Paradise. I remember being really, really hungry. I probably ordered more than I should have. I got the jalapeno poppers and my favorite pizza toppings, pepperoni, green pepper, and pineapple on a personal size pizza with a hand tossed crust. The food was great. The toppings were fresh and there were a lot of them. The popper were just average, but still good. Even though it was a personal size pizza, I still had some to take home. I like the atmosphere and that there were college kids, families, and guys in suits all enjoying the food. They have some really great deals if you come in groups, like a large pizza & sodas for kids with college id’s i think is somewhere around 10 or 15 dollars. Check it out! Would definitely recommend it for college students.
The best.! We were visiting from out of town. I did quite a bit of research on pizza places before I found Pizza Shuttle. Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza & chocolate malt for delivery. Delivery was quick & friendly. Pizza was one of the best we ever had, & so was the malt. YUM-O. Definitely will get it again on return visits.
