Simple Cafe. Fresh, appealing menu? check.Friendly service and staff? check. Great coffee and tea? pretty much check. Plentiful seating and cheery environment. Lighting is ok but could be improved. In a nutshell, it’s, well, simple. Simple is good.
Simply Outstanding. Even if you aren’t a locavore, Simple may better be called Sublime. From Colectivo coffee, to catchy Korean-themed breakfast choices, to eggs done properly; this is a place for those who want a clean, buttoned-up place with a relatively compact menu that creates stress only because one can’t order everything that excites enthusiasm. We’ve only done breakfast thus far, so watch out lunch, here we come.
