Good Dogs, better ownership. After years of going to The Dogg Haus, I had what was my 2nd bad experience with the corn dogs. After posting the experience to my wall on Facebook, the owner sought me out. Within an hour (!!!) he PERSONALLY reached out to me and not only corrected the bad experience from last week, but went above and beyond to ensure it doesn’t happen again. THAT is good ownership and customer service. Needless to say, I’ll be continuing to support his business.
