Hot, Greasy, and Delicious. Curd Girl is another of my favorite new food carts to roll out this year. The menu is simple: cheese curds and lemonade. If that’s your menu, these better be some of the best cheese curds ever. More often than not the curds are a little greasy, but the batter is surprisingly light and crisp. Choose between a somewhat zesty sriracha sauce (yes!) or boring ranch (zzzzz) for dipping. The service is friendly and typically quick despite the line. Are these the best curds in town? I think so. Grade: A-
