I had the blackened Cajun chicken and my husband had the pulled pork with sides of fries and mac&cheese. Every thing was awesome including the service. Very large portions and very reasonably priced. May not look like the Taj Mahal but it is worth your time and your tummy will thank you.

Worst BBQ I have ever had. We stopped at Blair Street BBQ after a ride today to Spring Green . We live in Waukesha but ate at Blair Street BBQ last year and the food, staff and Owner were great so I brouht a group of 12 here today for dinner. When we pullwd upthe pink pig car was gone so I was nervous. The menu was dfinitelt different. No Bucky Bites or smoked cheese curds?? We should have left but we thought we woul try it. Iordered rhe 3 meat aampler which included spicy sausage, pulled pork and brisket. The Spicy sausage was ok but the brisket and pork was the worst we ever had. The brisket was served in crumbles and not warm. The pulled pork looked and tasted like they bought it from grocery store deli and it was 3 days old. Terrible flavor and served cold. The rib tips were not edible. 6 of the other 10 that came with us ordered sampler platters or beef tips and 2 of 6 ate it. The other 4 ordered sandwiches which were fine. I let our Waitress know that out of the over 100 BBQ places or competition that I have had BBQ this was the worst. I was nice when I made the comment and paid for our food even though it was tossed or went home to my dogs. She let the Manager or Owner know but thy never came by us to apologize or talk to us personally. It was 5:30 on a Saturday night in Madison and the place was empty. We will never be back.

Surprisingly Excellent. Despite the apparently cursed location, Blair Street Brew & BBQ is a welcome addition to the Madison BBQ scene.Their menu, which I’m told is expanding, features the staples and includes a number of Wisconsin classics. I was glad to see malts on their menu and all the entrees are done well.I’ve been happy with several of their BBQ meals, but I would suggest the Badger Feast for a tour of their talents. Every entree could easily feed a number of people. The sandwiches and sides are ample and do not disappoint.If you’re in the area, don’t mind the unfortunate parking situation, and aren’t scared off by the pig-mobile, you will be happy you gave them a try.
Tried a bunch of BBQ via takeout. All the food was great. Great big cheese curds, delicious ribs, tasty brisket. The sides were good too. I would get it again.
