Aside from the fact that its very difficult to wrap your coconut around a Jolly Bob’s that isn’t Jolly Bob’s anymore, Buraka has done a fantastic job with this space. The remodel is really open, and warm.The food is as I remembered it, with some nods to Bobs on the menu (Yucca Fries for the win). I don’t know (or really even care) if this food is authentically Ethiopian. What I do care about is that it is tasty, and there are plenty of options for vegetarians. Our server was really wonderful, and fun. The kind of service one expects when hanging out on Willy.
