We were pleasantly surprised to find out that Burrito Drive delivers all the way to us (about 4 miles away). For myself, that’s about where my feelings of being pleased ends. Several reasons why. I ordered the chicken enchilada and a side of rice and beans. If you love cheese and don’t mind that your enchilada tastes more than mildly of an Italian dish than Mexican, than this might be for you. So much cheese and so much tomato sauce. The rice and beans were very bland. The rice is Basmati rice, which in itself was odd, and the beans were watery. Now, my family ordered burritos and seemed to like them. I tasted one of the steak burritos, and although it was very bland, the quality of the steak tasted great and grilled. Bottom line here, pay attention to reviews. I read that the food was bland, but I thought maybe people were just being picky. No, it really is bland. I’d say B.D. is a good choice for soaking up a night of beer, or if you just wanna get full, but aren’t looking for authentic flavors, as they are really absent.
