Always great. Staff is always friendly and fast. The petitions are always huge and the prices are small compared to what you get. I love this place and could eat here everyday. It helps that we are so close to the restaurant. My favorite dish is the HK1 but I like to switch it up and get Tum Yum soup or fried rice once in a while. This time I wanted comfort food so I got the fried rice.

Friendly staff, great food. Enjoyed the pad Thai and the spring rolls. My daughter really liked the wonton soup and my son enjoyed the chicken dumplings

We had take out from Ha Long Bay after awhile of anticipation. It was definitely worth it! We had rice, tofu pad Thai, chicken curry, spring rolls, curry wantons, and crab wontons. The wontons were crisp and stuffed with a fair amount of filling. They were flavorful as well. The pad Thai was good, though I’m not the biggest fan of the dish in general. The spring rolls were a bit bland, but that’s natural to the dish. The curry wasn’t too bad, though it was a bit watery. It was good overall but I think I’ll eat in next time.

I love Vietnamese food and Ha Long Bay does not disappoint. I’ve been there for both lunch and dinner and enjoyed it every time. They serve Vietnamese, Thai, and Laotian cuisine. Get there early or expect to wait. We got there at 11:45 on a weekday. I am not getting when I tell you that people were flocking there. It sits on a corner and people were heading there from every direction and several of them were literally running. I’ve had the pork egg rolls, curry puffs, spring rolls, papaya salad, pho, pad thai, and laab. All of the flavors have been fresh, intense, and delicious. I can’t rave enough about the food. Our servers have always been friendly and happy to provide recommendations. The only downside is some of the furniture does need to be updated. I’ve sat in chairs with ripped cushions a couple of times and you really do need to get there early or expect to wait. But go there, it is worth the wait!

Best in Madison for Thai and Vietnamese food. The only negative is the menu. It’s humongous. Too many choices. Then again this may be a positive for some.

Yummy homemade food and knowledgeable staff. The pork egg rolls were tasty and the pho broth was made in house. They allowed my boyfriend and I to split a large which was nice because some places dont. Will be back.

Best good I’ve had in quite awhile. Wait staff was well knowledgeable of the menu items and helped me pick out a meal that I more than enjoyed, in better terms you will leave in a food coma bliss.
