Quick, unique, local lunch. I tried the hot dog with spicy mayo and kimchee, as well as a wedge of some fancy cheese and the bill was ~$10. The hot dog and toppings were great, but the bun was sub par (probably best to stick with their sandwiches that use Madison Sourdough Co bread).The house-cured meats and specialty cheeses are what stand out here, and I can’t wait to try some of their brats/sausages. They also have a meat case with local pork and lamb, among other things. Great addition to the local food scene in Madison.
