  Bad service. First i ordered a water and had to ask server to get it after a bit of waiting. I ordered lomein as a substitute for rice and i got charged a full order told the server i wouldn’t have gotten it then (i cant eat rice) I thought server was going to do something about it when my card was taken he didnt…so i signed credit receipt for $2 less. When i called the next day about it lady screamed at me on phone and wouldn’t get manager for me to talk to. So i ended up paying $7.95 more then i should.I serve myself so i know how the industry normally goes and this quite possibly the biggest joke i have seen yet!

  Please do not be dissuaded by this restaurant’s location!. This restaurant space is under new ownership; give them a chance. The food is good quality, fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. Spice levels can be adjusted to suit your taste; just ask. We wish we could eat here every weekend to work our way through the menu – which will be expanding further in the next few weeks. We observe brisk take out and delivery business while we dine in. Hope Nihao is around for a very long time!

  Finally!. Since we moved 3 years ago, I have lamented that the Chinese food offerings are not so great. We have had the addition of a few Japanese restaurants which have added some flavor to the area and this rounds out the choices. Certainly the best Chinese we have had in Menomonee Falls. The General Tso Chicken was not very spicy but still tasty. The chicken and broccoli was fresh and the sauce was good and our kids loved the vegetable fried rice. The service was warm and attentive. They do delivery and pickup also which is a bonus.
