Gather round! The Waterlin embraces the roots of a tight-knit community, drawn together for great food by Executive Chef Gil Amador, unique craft cocktails, and your company. We welcome visitors and locals alike who seek an authentic experience, genuine hospitality and creative Midwestern fare. I wanted the menu to be traditional comfort foods all made from scratch, nothing pre-made, says Gil, To me, using locally sourced and inspired foods is so very important. Everything needs to be fresh and authentic, made from scratch with care. In the end, the menu was a total team effort and were excited to share it with the Menomonee Falls community! The Waterlin restaurant is located in the Delta Hotel by Marriott Milwaukee Northwest.
