Disappointing. The restaurant is advertised as Japanese fusion, but this baffled us as the menu was quite typical. There were some creative rolls offered, but nothing much different than other sushi places in the area. We started with a vegetable tempura appetizer. The coating was heavy and greasy, not at all like typical light coating found in quality tempura. The miso soup had a hint of grocery-store boxed offerings. The sushi rice was dry enough that most pieces fell apart when dipped even just a little in the soy sauce. We spent over $70 for three of us for lunch, did not finish any of the dishes we were served, and left more than a little disappointed. We will definitely not be back.
