Won’t go back. It started out bad. Had a emailed confirmed reservation for 6 people at 7:00. At 6:00 I got a call at home wondering where we were for our 5:30 reservation. I told her we had a 7:00 confirmed reservation. She said ok we will change it At 6:30 one of our party arrived gave the name and the hostess says your reservation was for 6:00. Once again we said no it was 7:00. What a joke. We went to the bar and at 7:15 thought we would check our reservation went to the desk and they said yes, your table has been waiting. What? they don’t come and tell you? We ended up sitting upstairs where there was a large birthday party because of course they didn’t have a table. (3) of us had different pizza’s one was sent back the other 2 we grinned and bared it. The pizzas were awful, very soggy, wet. We said they were very soggy and the waitress said that is because of the way they are flashed made, they are to be folded in half and eaten like a taco. Are you kidding me?? I also asked if they had garlic bread (An Italian Restaurant you think they would) she said no but we have bread. Right. One of our party had the scallops (4) for $32.00 that’s all you get everything is ala carte of which our waitress never mentioned or offered. Another person had the veal shank and there was 3 bites of meat the rest of bone and once again that is all you get. Unfortunately, none of us will be returning. Too many great restaurants to go to and not be so disappointed.

Disappointing!. My girlfriend and I like to hit a happy hour after golfing and were looking forward to the new Zarletti restraunt. We like to sit at the bar and try different appetizers. We quickly learned they don’t have a happy hour so decided to get a bottle of wine and start with a pizza. We went with one suggested by the bartender. We thought it was terrible, the crust was charred with a burnt taste. Once the bartender knew we didn’t like it she ignored us until we had to flag her down for the check. We left with plates full of charred crust on our plates and $60 less in our pockets. We went to eat at the sushi place down the street.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!. We were in town for a sporting event and had planned on 30 guests. We ended up much larger and although they accommodated us they still only served family style meals for the 30. The coach had to plead for more food which was ultimately served but it was not nearly enough for the original 30 people. I had spoken to the hostess 2 days earlier regarding a cake and was told (after she put me on hold and checked with the manager) we could absolutely bring our own. Once we were all there the manager informed me there would be a $2 PER SLICE cake cutting fee. We had even supplied plates and forks ourselves. The hostess had asked the manager about the cake and no fee was ever mentioned! He actually told me that the hostesses don’t know about those things (well maybe you should train them to know their own policy since YOU ARE THE MANAGER). I refused to pay it and he eventually told us we could go ahead and serve it. We each literally had 5 bites of pasta and 3 bites of salad and were charged nearly $20 per person. UNBELIEVABLE! I will never return to this restaurant and discourage others from going there as well. We paid $50 for 2 people and the amount of food we received (not to mention the cake fee hassle) would not have fed a 5 year old.

Go elsewhere. Very disappointing place. Food mediocre at best, but fairly pricey. Even though the place wasn’t crowded, the noise level made it very unpleasant and nearly impossible to converse. It took over 45 minutes for two pizzas to appear and when they did, one was burned & the other the wrong thing. The air conditioning seems to have two settings — North Pole and Amazon. Attractive looking interior and our server tried hard, but otherwise a regrettable experience. We will not be returning anytime soon.
