When I lived in Madison I worked the graveyard shift at a company close to here. I would stop in to eat once or twice a week before work, especially on Friday for their fried fish and truffle fries (which you can see in the photo). If I ever visit Wisconsin again I’ll be coming back here.
Went to Monona Cranberry Creek for the pot roast meal. The parking lot was icy so I called the store and the sweetest employee came out and helped me to get inside. Very kind. Her name is Alyssa. The pot roast wasfork tender and very flavorful. The clam chowder was very tasty as well. Thank you Cranberry Creek for a most positive experience. I will tell my friends and I will be back. Keep up the good work!!!

Great Food. We went to the Minona locatoin on 9/22/12 after a Badger game. Had 10 people and each of us ordered something different. Everything came out fast and was just delicious. Cooking things from scratch really makes a difference.
In response to Tomtom. My name is Jim. I own Cranberry Creek. In response to Tomtom’s review. We never charge people for services that are not ordered. Period.Secondly, we take great pride in our food quality. Everything from scratch. We’ve never had anything but compliments about our food. I’m not sure what they could have encountered that would have made them think differently since we never got a call from anyone after the event. We also never got a call from anyone regarding any supposed overcharge. Who writes a review about being charged too much without even contacting the business that would have been responsible? If that actually happened we would have certainly corrected it.Sincerely,Jim Norton
My Father passed away, after the funeral we had Cranberry Creek cater, we had family members mention something was wrong with the Scalloped Potatoes. When My Mother, Sister & I tasted them we were embarrassed! They were so aweful tasting! Making it worse was our bill that we gave a credit card number to bill to was added 25 people that ALL 3 family members NEVER athorized!!
Good home cooked food. I had the Asian plum chicken which came with a side (I chose the veggies) in addition to my wild rice pilaf and salad plus a popover with cranberry butter. The chicken was tender with a wonderful not-too-sweet plum sauce that also tasted good mixed in with the rice and veggies. My real treat for the day was the mango iced tea! I will definitely return to try more!
