  Customer service. I asked to have my coffee cup filled for the road. The owner told me they now charge for this. I’ve been going to this place for many years. Where has customer service gone. If I sat around for another ten minutes and had more coffee it wouldn’t cost me a cent more. If I want to have a coffee cup filled for the road it will cost me??? I brought in my own cup 20ouncer. I will not go back. For no additional cost to them they just lost my business. Me and my clients will never be back.

  Pretty poor this morning. Sadly, I had a terrible experience at this seemingly cool family place. First skillet I ordered, the chicken breast, was so completely tasteless & greasy that I sent it back. My mistake was to stay w. the skillet – ordered a Gyro (usually this is a good move) but no! Tiny bits of gyro meat – I’d say 25 cents worth? Were burned & scattered about w. real salty cheddar cheese. The hash browns were so greasy it was not edible. Wife ordered a simple eggs / ham / hash browns which was fine. Lesson? Keep it simple here & lower your expectations. Even the coffee was poor. Worst thing – the pepper shaker at our table was caked with steaky gunk that looked weeks old – disgusting – and even putting it near the table edge wasn’t clue enough for waitstaff to clean it or get us a new one. Sorry, but I paid $9 for a terrible, terrible meal that was not edible. On a positive note, the toast, while served cold, wasn’t all that bad. And the water was good.

  Madcity Marty. Family Restaurant is a dirty word if your hair isn’t blue and you still have taste buds. Here again, mass produced, processed crap, from the can to the pan to your plate MMMMMMMMMMM. NOT!

  Great Place to Eat. A very nice family style restraurant. Food is excellent. Large portions. Very Fair prices. Friendly staff and management

  DON’T EVER EAT HERE. Just ate here today. Waited 15 minutes for tabasco sauce. Found a long hair in my food and instinctively threw it on the floor. When staff checked up on us (20 minutes after waiting for the sauce) we told them about the hair. They wouldn’t do anything without it being visible to them. Staff could care less about customers! I work as a waitress and would NEVER treat my customers how poorly we were treated. I WOULD NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN
