COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT, Instead of Professional, it was Amateurish. Recently picked up an important birthday cake (was supposed to be), talked to the owner twice about exactly what I wanted to make sure it would be correct and 40% of everything (Main Stuff) that I wanted that they said they could do never ever happened. One of the several important things that was supposed to be was several layers of cake with stuff in-between. It was one solid average cake plus overall it looked like it was a complete after thought like they ran out of time to do that order.( I have seen them make better cakes in photos on their facebook page.)I mean my God they could not even get the simple basics right like proper frosting coverage on top. It was spotty in tons of places for crying out loud where you could see the top of the cake without frosting (what the hell). Noyone even had enough respect or courtesy to even call me to tell me that they were making the cake the way they wanted to rather then what the customer wanted and both parties agree too originally. I was a loyal customer plus I was recommending them to people. I will never ever step foot in their again. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROSIES FOR RUINING A MAJOR BIRTHDAY FOR A GREAT PERSON. SHAME ON YOU
Grilled cheese goodness. Heard about Rosie’s from a co-worker, so on an afternoon off, decided to check it out for lunch. The pear & brie grilled cheese was divine – nice balance of sweet and savory. I chose the pasta salad for my side, and it was tasty as well. A tip: eat the sandwich over the pasta and let any cheese drippings add to the pasta goodness. The chai latte was one of the best I’ve had – flavorful and frothy to the end. I look forward to coming here again.
