Thin, Crispy…Delicious. Tonight I tried Rossi’s pizza with a couple of friends and came away with a new pizza joint to add into my rotation. We tried 3 different pizzas, the Crawford Ranch, the King Kong Bundy, and the Tin Mitch. All were very good but the Tin Mitch was the best and the most unique. The Swiss cheese and the garlic sauce give the pizza a slight sweetness which is a nice complement to the saltiness of the pepperoni and bacon. The Crawford Ranch wasn’t overpowering with ranch and let the chicken, bacon, and red onion each have a voice in the pizza. The King Kong Bundy had everything The decor was what I like to think of as a classic pizza joint. Movie posters, music albums, and vintage video games line the walls. The seating was limited but I think the place does mostly carryout and delivery (as far as McFarland). The guy behind the counter was courteous and helpful. You could tell he enjoyed the pizza trade and had pride in his craft.Highly recommended!!
