I recieved a menu in the mail decided to try the italIan beef from them been looking for a good one in this area. When I called to place a delivery order the hostess was plesant, asked the important questions first like name, address, phone, & payment type. Was able to answer a question about their tiramisu w/o having to put me onhold to ask. Gave me an hour max time for delivery. Came in 30min. Delivery driver was courteous. Apologized for a delay in getting food out of bag. No biggie to me but shows proper customer service etiquette. My food was fantastic! Meat was piled high like menu described. Extremely tender n juicy. Used a better cut of beef then what is usually used on Italian beefs. Chibatta bread was good but a little soft for all the juice and weight of the meet. Possibly needed to be baked with an egg wash so it can hold it all in but bread itself soft, still tasty. I just loath wet bread. Still hot & FF golden brown n crispy. The chive garnish a nice touch. Tiramisu was good….bought from a food supplier I think but a good one! Most restaurant’s Cant afford a pastry chef nor even need one so ordering desserts from a reputable company is key to even selling any. Will try turtle cheesecake next time. I’m 27 f that has worked in restaurants & hospitality since I was old enough to work. 13 years experience. Grew up herespent 8yrs on east coast supervised at a few local restaurants/nightclubs abd bottom line you Cant please everyone, no matter what someone will have something negative to post. For every 10 positive experiencs not posted there are 4 negative that are. Think bout that make your own opinion. People make mistakes sometimes Its how you recover from that. So yes my opinion should be taken highly (hahaha) overall I was impressed by everything I encountered. Great job and good marketing. I wonder how many local people like me ordered that day menu came in the mail?

Greatest food in Wisconsin. Roma’s Ristaurante is a good sized restaurant with plenty of parking. The restaurant is newly decorated in warm colors, well organized, clean and the staff welcoming. Don’t be fooled by the name, Roma’s has much more than pizza on the menu! Although Roma’s does offer a great selection of pizza toppings not typically available to build your own pizza if you don’t want a specialty which they have already put together, you can select from ham, sausage, beef, pepperoni, and chicken in addition to the variety of vegetables. Everything is handmade at Roma’s, including the dough which is baked to perfection. We had the sausage, mushroom pizza which is topped with shredded cheese baked to crispy delight on the fluffy crust which never got soggy. If you love steak, the New York strip is to die for, cooked to perfection with all the fixings. I would highly recommend this restaurant and lounge to anyone and everyone interested in having a truly good time along with great food.03 Apr, 2013Great Food, Great atmosphere. Pretty decent, can be hit or miss at times.. After several visits, I’ve found that the place is pretty decent depending on what you order. Some of the dishes are a total miss and left me fairly disappointed.Other menu items were very good, like the Italian Beef sandwich, Toasted Ravioli, Capellina Della Nonna and I especially thought the Gnocchi Alla Roma was excellent.Their calzones and pizza are all made to order, of course. I think those are both very good, although I think a few of the ingredients could be fresher. (I had a calzone once and the ricotta didn’t seem to taste quite right, could have just been me though) I will say the sausage and mozzarella was excellent, though. Oh, and excellent house made marinara, which is served with several of their dishes.Personally, I wouldn’t bother with any of the soups as they’ve been pretty salty and lacking flavor each time I’ve had them. They don’t seem like they were home made. If they came up with something and made it from scratch I think I’d be very inclined to try that out. A nice minestrone from scratch would be nice.Overall, after several visits I can easily say there are many good choices on their menu. On that note, the menu, while being very expansive with lots of choices can be a little overwhelming.I have never been disappointed in the service, and everyone is always friendly. I look forward to trying other dishes.

Great Place!. Love the Wednesday night Crab Legs. Best Friday Night Fish Fry around. I drive 60 miles to eat at this establishment. Reserve my table for 8! I’ll be back with my friends for good food, great service, fine spirits and great atmosphere! Keep it up Roma’s!
