Food was ok, Our server was excellent but the manager/ owner lady is a complete jackass. She treats her customers and staff like garbage. Their CC machine went down this Sat 4/16/15 we were told by our server and she tried as best she could to get a solution found but each time came back and told us the manager said they couldn’t do x,y,z solution. We couldnt wait all day and told the waitress that we needed to leave so if things werent up in 20 min we would walk out. The server told us she understood but to please wait because Walkouts come out of the servers paycheck. We found this ridiculous and chose to speak with the owner/ Manager specifically about the bill and payment problems. The manager pulled an attitude with us saying its not her problem that the payment system isnt working which we agreed but told her it is her problem since shes operating the business, theres no reason for her to be such a jerk to her waitstaff, no company should ever reduce their workers to the point of tears over something that is the businesses fault. Manager made Excuse that she was busy with a large party and couldnt help.my suggestion, Stay clear of this place, management are jackasses. you can find better running restaurants in the fast food section of a phone book.
