Great place in Muskego. I’ve been here a few times and it has always been really good!Not only does the food taste really fresh and homemade, but the drink selection is amazing – especially if you like bourbon like we do! Excellent place in the burbs. This restaurant is so very different than the dingy supper club I was to several years ago. The new owners have totally remodeled and modernized the place with a very clean and uncluttered motif.I had the ribs and they may have been the best I’ve had in years. My wife had the shrimp and avocado BLT wrap and she really enjoyed it. We booth had home made desserts and they were great!They have a nice selection of craft beer and bourbon. I enjoyed my beer from Three Sheeps – it was a stout with a little hint of rye. My wife enjoyed her water (long story!)Service was vdery good for a busy Friday evening. We were seated promptly and checked on several times. Friendly staff. We’ll be back.
Fish Fry. We’ve been waiting to go here and decided to try the fish fry. We were seated immediately at 6:45, but waited for our waitress who was busy with a large table. So we watched the host and another server watch TV while we waited on our waitress.She was super when she was able t o get to us, though.Fish ( we had cod) was lovely. Crispy, not greasy, great flavor. Coleslaw was also great…creamy, but not sweet. A lovely fresh flavor and texture. Potato pancakes were made by someone who hates potato pancakes. This was the one thing that lacked the love. If you eat fish with fries, you might be happy. But for me, it’s about the potato pancake and the dark tough thing on my plate lacked both flavor and texture. My heart goes out to the potato that died to make that plate.We’re going back to try the regular menu before giving up on S.B., but we’ll look elsewhere for Friday Night.

Disappointed!!!!!!!!! I have been excited for months about this place and told many people about it. First impression is the place is remodeled nicely. The menu is meh!!!! I hoped for so much more then typical bar food it isn’t much different then any other menu in muskego. I couldn’t decide on what to get and chose the house specialty mac n cheese and added bacon to it. After waiting 20 minutes I was told it would be another 20 mins+ for my entree and I might want to order something else. Apparently they have served so much mac n cheese to the other 3 tables of people in there that they ran out of noodles and had to make more.. so I ordered a burger pink. We thought maybe they would bring out an appetizer since we had been waiting already but no. I finished my soda over the next 20 mins and it sat on the table empty for the next 20 mins while we waited for our food. Food finally came after being there for an hour very small portion of French fries and when I bit into my burger first impression was dry…. it was well well done I pushed it aside and waited for the server to come check how it was. It was about 20 mins before she came with the bill in her hand asking if we needed anything else. She took the burger off and that’s how our experience ended. What really bothered me was there was a table right next to us getting vip service had the server and another person constantly checking on them and the owner went over and talked to them and was in plain view of my burger with a couple bites taken out and pushed aside but showed absolutely no concern. I am a chef of 15 years I live in muskego and this place could be great I would love to consult if you are interested but I will not be back for a long time. Maybe will try in the future
