The buffet is one of the cheaper in the area, but at the expense of less options. Food was cold on the buffet line at prime dinner hour. Not impressed with the selection.
Very underwhelming. I’ve been to this buffet maybe 3 times in the past 3 years…usually we’re just in that area of town, and hungry. Each time, we have left wondering why the place is rated so highly. This is the type of chinese place that puts cheese in mushrooms, stuff that you don’t think of as chinese. It’s hard for us to find things on the menu that we actually like. A much better buffet in the Fox Valley would be China Buffet on 00 (Northland Ave next to Kohl’s).
Plenty of choices. Ample seating, typical buffet style. Food is good for the Chinese food, the fries and other American style food isn’t as good, but that’s probably left for children to eat. My favorite dish is the General Tso’s Chicken. The staff are very nice to deal with.
