Terrible customer service. We are going on 45 minutes waiting for a 12 thin crust pizza. I thought it was just us but quickly realized that the entire restaurant is sitting here waiting for their food. They don’t have the means to keep up with delivery and in store orders. If you go there to eat, call ahead 30+ minutes. We are now asking for our order to go.
Mr PizzaFanatic. The pizza is fantastic! Matter of fact everything on the menue is AMAZING! they get a little busy sometimes, so I always call in my order for pick-up. Its always ready when I get there and nice and fresh. The manager is super friendly and fun to talk to. The best part about Pagonis is you dont have to get pizza, they have amazing sandwhiches and pasta as well!! Will definitley never get pizza anywhere else in the Fox Valley.
Great pizza, good price. Pagoni’s instantly became the only place in Neenah that I will go for pizza. The sauce is unlike anything I have ever tasted before, and is quite honestly the best that I have ever had, and that’s coming from someone who grew up on NY pizza. The crust is pretty good, sometimes a little too tough, but still good. Toppings are excellent. I have never been disappointed with their take out or delivery.They also offer a lunch buffet of pizza or pasta, plus a number of sandwiches (the one that I had was fantastic) and a few Italian dishes. This truly is the place to be.
Have you ever had real Chicago food? This place is underrated! You won’t have anything even close to this good in the area!

Good food when done right, but on three different occasions the order has been messed up. Once we were told 30 min and it ended up being 1hr and 20 min, twice they made something different than we ordered, will not be going back.
Hungrychef. Drive to chicago and get a hot italian beef sandwich with home made gardinier(spict pickled carrot/celery relish) and then drive to neenah Wi and order the same sandwich at pagonis. You will have two identicle sandwiches! This is the real deal chicago food. The stromboli was mind blowing, and we had one of the more intersting pizzas I have ever seen. The called it the tower. Its a double garlic crust pizza with sliced meatballs a pound of cheese, and your choice of spaggeti or mastacholi pasta! We had the mastacholi and it was amazing. What a concept! Great prices and very freindly family atmosphere.
