Sporadic at best. We’ve been regular customers at this particular Perkin’s for a year and a half now, but we’re finished with the place. More times than not, they’ve been out of a particular menu item. The service is sometimes outstanding, othertimes, non-existent. This past Saturday we were there for breakfast. There were 5 tables being waited on, 3 serviced by one waitress, so that left 2 managers and 6 waitstaff for the rest of the place. We waited forever for someone just to get our drink order, and once the skimpy food was brought, that was the last we saw of our waitress. We waited several minutes for the check, and when she didn’t return, we went up to the counter to pay. The incompetent girl behind the register finished playing with her hair long enough to take care of us, and said she didn’t see what table we were sitting at. I remarked that apparently neither did our waitress. Instead of apologizing, or asking if there was a problem, she just ignored us and took our money. They have a couple of great waiters/waitresses, and one excellent manager. Sometimes, the food/service are outstanding. But most of the time it isn’t. We are willing to travel the extra mileage to the Oshkosh Perkin’s, where food and service are always outstanding.
