This cafe/sandwich shop is very spacious inside and beautifully designed and decorated with an earth tones natural materials sort of look. Looks and feels very nice. I an visiting a nearby paper mill for work and I came in for a quick lunch. There were a number of business lunch pairs and small groups here. This would be a nice environment for that. I made a mistake in not realizing that the special, a Wisco Walnut burger, was not a burger but actually a vegetarian patty made with walnuts. The description was mouth-watering. It had Brie and some cranberry dressing, and some leafy greens, which I thought would be very interesting with walnuts on a juicy burger. I will try not to let my disappointment color my rating too much because this does seem like a nice place, and I’m sure the walnut burger would have been ok if I were someone who is in to that kind of thing. The bun was very boring, though, and the whole thing was a bit weak, even once I got over the lack of meat. The sweet potato chips are very good.
