Good service bad food. I have eaten here several times the food was always changing in flavors one time fair to good another time really bad. We stopped eating here because the restaurant is really not very clean… I was told by a friend that Fong’s was featured twice on dirty dining.
I’ve been eating at Fong’s for over 20 years. Food is always hot and fresh. Buffet okay to good for the price. Best egg rolls and crab ragoons I’ve ever had. Ever. I stop there frequently just for the egg rolls.
Always friendly service. Food is decent but mediocre for Chinese, better than all them other Chinese restaurants in town here, since Oconomowoc does have a few others. I only order pick up/carryout about once a month over the past ten years… And maybe only had one bad experience here, which had to do with placing an order for fresh rice and instead I was sold the rice that was sitting out in the buffet bin all night…. Mind you I placed my order around 9pm closing time. That’s all I was eating that day was that small thing of rice…. The least it could have been was fresh made from the kitchen, I would have preferd that much. And being charged for old rice is not good.
Always good food made fast and pleasent
Average food quality on a good day. Lunch menu never varies & is boring. OK if you’re in a hurry or want quantity rather than quality.24 Feb, 2011Buffet menu never varies, Mon. – Fri. Their food is average at best; never really rises to anything special. Good if you’re in a hurry at noon. Go somewhere else for dinner.
Very good food.. I have been eating at Fong’s for years. Not only do they have good food, but it is consistant and always made fresh.
Closed Mondays. Good buffet. Cheap.
