Great Food. Went to Geano Beach last night for supper for the first time. Three of us had the perch and one had the chicken sandwich. Everything tasted great! Bartender and waitress were friendly. Service was great. Thanks for a great meal!
Lousy. Ate dinner saturday night 4-13-13. Service was slow at best. Music was extremely loud and very unpleasant. Waitress and bar personnel seem to cater to one drunk. Great place to get drunk but don’t go there for the lousy food. overcooked food, dry, small portions, and served by a waitress with dirty finger nails. The place to go for a good meal is river street pier pub on Velp avenue. Great food friendly service, and great prices. geano Beach is over priced and the food would only be appealing if you were half in the bag. Overall stay away unless you like loud drunks, loud music, poor service, and most of all horrible food.14 Apr, 2013Awful. Arrived at Geano Beach 5:00 PM 4-13-13 to have dinner with my Mother and Father in law. Music was so loud I had to ask the bartender to turn it down so we could all talk with each other. Shortly after asking waitress to turn it down a second time she gradually turned it up to please one obnoxious drunk at the bar. Food took 1 hour from ordering it to receiving it. The ribeye steak sandwiches were tough and almost unchewable. The buffalo wrap was cold and my philly steak was dry and not very appealing to me. The fries were way over cooked and for $4.50 we got an order of battered onion rings all 5 of them and they were so overcooked we didn’t eat them. Overall stay away from this place, poor service and inedible food. Geano beach is only good for loud music and a place to get drunk. New owners won’t be in business long before it goes up for sale again, and maybe then the food will be worth trying again.
Great Place to view our Green Bay. We stopped in for a bite to eat and found the environment inviting and friendly. We ordered a delicious pizza and almost finished it. All in all, it was a fun experience and even got to talk to our wait-person about the movie we just saw (Eclipse). If you haven’t yet, drive out and give Geano Beach a try!
Drunkeness. Owners are great. They buy almost every other drink. I get blitzed there all the time. Never tried the food because i don’t like to eat on an empty stomach, but i heard it”s good unlike the moron above says.
Bad service. Super long waits. Very few tables. Bad ventilation.
