Waste of time. Didn’t know the area and usually when in a new place we stick with the staple favorites like Applebee’s. This time we should not have.The service was slow, with half hearted wait staff more interested in talking to each other than the paying customers. A couple near us upped and left due to the lack of service. Our meals were served after a LONG wait, quality was just OK, not what we are used to at Applebee’s.Then their portion size was very small, no, we did not order a petite size or the lunch menu, this was off the dinner menu.Overall very disappointing for this food chain.Next time in the area we will just bypass this place and go elsewhere.
Gone downhill. Dirty, usually overcrowded, music is way too loud. The food is never cooked properly. We used to like Applebee’s about 10-15 years ago, but this place is a now a disappointing dump. We have taken our kids there for the kid’s special during the week. Our children didn’t even like the food. Our food seemed so tasteless. There was a lot of it, but we didn’t even finish it…so bad. Our son’s fries had a piece of shrimp in them, and my wife’s drink had a piece of lettuce or something stuck to an ice cube. About a dozen or more servers just standing around and watching television. We always have to wait forever for food. This chain is just not what is used to be. The Oshkosh location is the worst of all. Hoping for a better experience, my wife and I went for dinner in the late evening when the place was not so crowded. The bartender seemed too busy socializing, so she took forever to make my wife’s drink, as we sat there watching her ignore our server. who had to apologize for the wait. I will not be going to this location again.

Gotten a lot of free I am sorry meals. It is rare that we eat at this Applebee’s without having to send back some sort of undercooked food
