What a great spot. We wanted to try a bit of everything so shared the fried chicken, burger, fries, and fish. And of course a root beer float. All amazing. It makes you feel like a kid again and the servers on roller skates is a nice and different touch. A real fun place to visit for a nice bite to eat.
I Don’t Get The Hype…. When I first moved to Oshkosh, everyone told me Ardy & Ed’s was one of the best places to eat. I’ve given it a try on several occasions, thinking maybe I was just going on an off day, and honestly, I do not get the hype. The food is even okay… it’s just bad. And the prices, for bad food? Ridiculous. I didn’t even think the Root Beer was all it was hyped up to be. There is some novelty to the car hops, but it doesn’t make up for the food, in my opinion.
