Awesome!. I took my girlfriend out to try this thai food. We had both never had it before, and always drive past this little restaurant. The decor was really cute with all the little asian pieces and such. We ordered Egg rolls that were brought out first. They were so good and flaky! Just the right amount of spices too! The sauce to dip them in was pretty tasty as well. Since we had never tried thai food before, we both ordered the Pad Thai. I ordered mine with chicken and hot sauce, and it was so good! I love really spicy food, and it was really spicy. One thing is for sure, we will definitely be back! 😀
I only been to this place twice. The service wasnt that bad but gosh their foods are expensive. I ordered a bowl of pho and it was quite disappointed. They dont really have all the ingredients for me to put in my noodles. I like a lot of bean sprouts in my pho but they only gave me a little to try. Never gonna go there again.24 Aug, 2013*I don’t live in Appleton.24 Aug, 2013I don’t really go to this restaurant often. Whenever I go I only ordered the pork pad thai. Somehow their pad thai is white. I like mine to be a little light orange. I think I like Mai’s Deli in Appleton on College Ave more. Their pad thai has more taste and it hit the right spot. Somehow I don’t like in Appleton that’s why I go to Bangkok Thai instead.
Great Food. Experiences can vary, but I have eaten at Bangkok Thai in Oshkosh several times, both In House and Take Out. I always have one of the three: Pud Thai, Masaman Curry, and Drunken Noodles as well as the Egg Roles and I have never been disappointed. I think the preperation and tasts is fantastic and have recommended Bangkok to friends. I have also discussed Bangkok with friends and have never heard anything but good things about it.
The title is a lie.. The owner must have created his profile. You can’t find an entree under $10 anywhere at this place. I took my gf out for lunch and had to go to an atm. Should have $$$ instead of just $.
I like it. I’ve been going to Bangkok Thai for several years and I have had great dishes almost every time I’ve been! I would certainly recommend it to my friends (and do)
Horrible!. I placed an order for pick up. I ordered eggrollls and they were beyond burned. Thai eggroll shells are supposed to be light golden brown, and mine were coffee brown and burned tasting. I called to complain and the lady told me they were not burned and that was that. Horrible customer service!!!
I ate at this restaurant several years ago and the quality of food was bad. I haven’t been here since. I’m Asian and I know Asian dishes and this place doesn’t have that quality to it. If you want Thai food..go to a restaurant owned by Thais..not another ethnic group that tries to duplicate Thai ingredients..it will never taste good.
