Ignored by All. Three of us went to lunch at the Brooklyn Grill one Sunday afternoon in February. Everything was going well, we received our food in a reasonable amount of time and then it all went bad. Two girls and a boy walked into the restaurant who proceeded to shout their greetings to the staff across the restaurant and completely change the mood. They sat down in the booth right next to ours and proceeded to have an in depth conversation about their personal lives with all the wait staff. They were loud, rude and inconsiderate and from that point on we were ignored and felt like we were invading THEIR private party.I wrote Dave Kinderman, the owner, a letter about the incident and never received any form of reply or acknowledgement. I followed up with an email a few weeks later and received no acknowledgement. I followed up with one last email and still NOTHING.I have been going there for years and always had great service and food. Judging from talking to other people around town my experience was not an isolated incident. Dave you lost my business.
