I have been to the charcoal pit a number of times and the service is horrible. the menu is sub par. as well as food being cold the cooks have foul language that can be heard in the dining room from the kitchen. some of the reviews i have read must have been written by the owner because they simply are not true. this bar/restaurant is a scar on this beautiful city.
Great service & burgers. We travel up north often & try to stop here, it’s off hwy41 and very convenient. food is always great. ribs, fish & burgers especially, well worth the price. we ask for peggy cuz she seems to always be there, knows the food and is very pleasant.
