Buy One, Get One 50% Off…. The BOGO 50% coupon lured us in, and I decided to give Dockside a try despite the horrible reviews it’s gotten here. I’m glad we did. It’s definitely not the best place in Oshkosh, but we were pleased with our food and the price we paid. We both got sandwiches during lunch time, and they were good. The server was polite and attentive, and we didn’t have a problem with our meal or service.

Disappointing. We stopped at the Dockside for lunch as we had several times in the past. When this was the Boatyard the food and service was bad but was much better as the Dockside, but now It appears ownership has changed and brought with it some downsides. The dining room was empty and the patio was less than half full. The waitress came right away and took an order for beer and food. The beer came right away but the food took over 45 minutes to reach the table. The server came back three times to see if we wanted more beer. When the bill came two beers and two burgers came to almost $40 and the beer was half of it. We had the feeling they were stalling the food to sell more beer. The food was good but not spectacular. Unfortunately, we will probably not return.
