Menu/Quality. The food is GREAT!!! The steaks are amazing…however I just want to send out a ‘heads-up’… many sites have listed false or past food options for Jeffs On Rugby… they do not have all you can eat fish or chicken anymore, but they definitely have a higher quality of both (and LARGE portions) one site even said they have all you can eat crab legs, and they do not have crab legs…we have gone back several times now, and everything here was REALLY good, but I just wanted to let everyone else know about the falsehoods of what the internet says they have…
Atmosphere. The food was good but there is a hostess/owner who is so rude I would never go back. We were with a party, 9 of us total, and she screamed at the other hostess, grabbed her by the arm, and also yelled at a waitress in front of everyone at the restaurant because they didn’t announce to her that we arrived. It was very uncomfortable, boarderline abuse and we all felt sorry for the staff that works for her.
