Stopped in at Pete’s on our way to Milwaukee. Ryan our server/bar was amazing managing a full bar himself. Food was tasty with a great price. Prime rib sandwich and the bacon cheeseburger were delightful. Would come here again in a heartbeat. What a great hidden gem!

So Glad We Just Moved A Few Blocks Away…. Because this place has become a staple for us. The burgers are absolutely awesome. So juicy and flavorful, and the buns are amazing. They do upcharge for extras (cheese, fried onions, etc.) but just the basic hamburger with your choice of fries (regular, garlic, or cajun) is $4.25 as of this writing. You pay more than that at a fast food establishment, and you’re not getting anything nearly as good as what you get at Pete’s! That said, there are other delicious things to order here, if you’re not in a burger mood. They have a Cajun Chicken Breast sandwich grilled to perfection and very well priced. We also get the 3 Car Pile Up, which contains chicken tenders, deep fried cauliflower (ooh baby, is it good!), and cheese curds. A bit pricier than their other fare is the Prime Rib sandwich, and man, is it yummy! If you haven’t eaten here, you’re REALLY missing out on some great bar grub! The only downside to this place is that one of the staff is a bit less friendly and can sometimes be short with you when you call in an order. Aside from that, Pete’s is a real gem.
