Friendly Service & Good Burgers…. We go to this Red Robin often. We always split a burger and make sure they know we’d like them to bring the fries right away and keep them coming. Both of us are water drinkers, so our bill comes to $9 before the tip. Very reasonable, and we always leave full because of the bottomless fries. We’re also members of their Royalty club so we get a free burger after buying nine (as well as a free burger on the month of our birthdays). They also regularly email out $3 off a $10 purchase coupons, which in my opinion, makes them very affordable.The service is usually very good, unless they’re busy. When they are busy is does become slower, and quite loud. We’ve never had a problem with anyone having an attitude though; the Oshkosh location in particular is full of friendly and helpful workers, especially compared to the Appleton location.
