I hope some one who is in charge contacts me asap. I just received the worst customer service ever in my life not only the was the guy who was in charge rude but when I said I wanted to file a complaint I was told there was no manager here on the weekends and then he even had the audacity to give me his wrong name so I hope that someone who is in charge there reads this and contacts me to resolve this issue my name is Tim I am a chef / dinning service manager and I have never received service like this .
Not eating at Honada ever again. I’ve been coming here at least once a week for years and today there was a bone in my Hibachi Chicken dish. When I pointed it out, the waitress and host said it was from the company the chicken is ordered from and that was it.I would’ve at least appreciated an apology or discount. I have been a very good customer to them over the years and I was so disappointed today.*not a happy customer right now.*
Honada is so delicious!. Perfect place to go on a date. The food is fantastic and there are so many options for sushi! Everything always tastes fresh. Love love that place 🙂
My husband had the steak and he liked it. I had the chicken and it was terrible. The chicken tasted like is was boiled. It was fought and dry. The veggies and sauce was excellent. We will not go back
Low Value. Honada was my favorite restaurant for years, but in the past year their value has gone down. Unless you are sitting at the Hibachi, you are overpaying for the value of your food. For take out they started putting their salads on the top of the container so that it looks like more is in there when really they are skimping on pieces of lettuce (and not to mention the lettuce looks terrible)Another example for take out is that protein or chicken that you order is now being put on the small sections of the container! They are filling up the large area with cheap rice! I will NOT eat at Honada anymore. I have noticed their value and way of business change so much in the last year and I have had enough. Business Ethics people. Treat your customers how they deserve and you will get great results.
My husband and I go to this restaurant often. We really enjoy the sushi! The wait staff is fantastic… They even remember our favorite selections! It’s always fresh!
Great sushi and sashimi! Hibachi Scallops do not taste fresh, Hibachi Shrimp are just OK. Their Love Boat (sushi) is impressive in variety and presentation. (WARNING: If you sit in the hibachi area, you will leave reeking of oil/grease.)
