First off, they changed the name from Fat Bruce’s to Knuth Brewing Company, which was no big deal what-so-ever. I ordered a tuna melt panini (which was great!) and watched them make a wood fired pizza while we waited. It looked fantastic! The staff was friendly and smiled right away when we walked in and we would for sure go back.
The Best Bakery. Fat Bruce’s has the best bakery that I am aware of, and their salads, sandwiches, and soups are also excellent. Bruce’s also keeps a cooler full of small-batch sodas for glass bottle soda nerds like me. I don’t get to go often enough.
