Worst experience ever. My order was wrong so i took it back. I ask my burger to be remade, they then touched it with their bare hands and started to pick off the wrong ingrediants…they tried to remake me that same burger i asked for a new one, they argued me but said ok…i returned to my seat and 30 seconds later my burger was back…they re-served the same burger to me that someone touched with their bare hands… i then ask to be refunded for my meal i no longer wanted to eat because i was disgusted they would serve me this…the Owner comes out and tells me too bad and that food is expensive and she will not refund me..needless to say i left, me and my family didn’t eat our dinner and we also lost about 20 dollars…we will never return and i advise anyone else to do the same.

I’m never going there and telling everyone I know to never go there too. The vibe isn’t friendly! Don’t bother coming here. It’s not a place you want to eat at.

Cheap prices, great food for the price. Especially loved the brat sandwich and perch sandwich. Clean interior and the only fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen with a leather couch in it! Outdoor seating too which is great for the summer months. Their custard is ok- but doesn’t compare to Kopp’s. 🙂
One Diner’s Nightmare Experience. I have been a customer of this restaurant for many years. Today was my first visit since it has reopened under a new owner. The service was extremely poor. I had to wait and then finally ask for a cup for my drink as well as wait and ask for a straw. The so called ‘french fries’ were under cooked and greasy…absolutely no ‘fry’. The brat that was served was partially uncooked. When I asked that the food be removed from my table, I was asked to step over to the other side of the restaurant so that ‘things could be taken care of’. I didn’t know what was going on. Then some guy leans over the counter and snidely starts ranting into my face that he served over 400 orders of french fries this past weekend without any complaints…then he tells me to get out of his restaurant. It was like a nightmare.Also, at no time did I request a replacement or refund. I simply wanted to finish my drink and leave. A couple at a table near me also complained about the fries. This restaurant has recently been touted in the local newspaper as a Christian based business. If this is Christian…we are all doomed. I will simply wait until the restaurant again reopens, after the probable failure of the current owner, before I attempt to eat there again. It is a shame to see a local favorite go so wrong.PS: After I returned home, I contacted the owner, Wendy Vera, and expressed my concerns as to what transpired in her restaurant. She apologized and offered me a free meal on my next visit. Unless I hear that the hostile kitchen employee has been removed from the restaurant, it is very unlikely that I will visit Randall’s again.
Awesome. My children and i stopped in for the first time and it was amazing fast service during lunch and staff is super nice it was an amazing lunch and prices are good we’ll for sure be going back!!!!!! way to go wendy and lance
Good custard…and that’s all. Randall’s is best known for it’s delicious custard, it’s a favorite summer time stop most frequented by seniors and families with small children. The custard is good, and really the only reason to stop here. The other menu items may leave you underwhelmed. The food items are of good quality but the preparation is extremely poor, either over or under cooked and overpriced. We left with the feeling that whomever prepares the food simply doesn’t care about establishment, or the food they are serving.
