Hands down, the best park chop I have ever had. The owner is a great guy and told me they use locally sourced Berkshire pork. They soak the pork chop in custom brine concoction for 24 hours. Cooked medium, this flavor permeated the entire chop and the moisture was locked in. Amazing.The service and atmosphere was outstanding.
