Service is terrible. I have been to the Amber Grill on a number of occasions because they have a great atmosphere, awesome outdoor patio, large bar area, etc. and there has never been a time that I have had excellent service. The wait staff is slow to come by and take drink orders, if they even come by at all, and if you flag them down they are put out by having to do their job. I’ve also eaten dinner there with a large group (over 10 people) when they have swept the floor all around us and even left the pile of crumbs on the floor next to the table because we were still sitting there. I hate going to this place, yet it is convenient because of the hotel or if you want a nice night on the patio. It is always a last resort for me in hopes that I will be pleasantly surprised. Still waiting.
