Help please!?. Went in to the Stevens point Buffalo Wild Wings bar to grab dinner and watch NCAA first four game. There were 10 people in bar area, so not crowded. Sat at table for 10 minutes, and received no service. Moved to bar where there were 4 people sitting, and rather than serving me, the bartender continued talking to her friend (I’m assuming) for 10 minutes. HUGE disappointment in a location of a chain that I really enjoy
First Time. My wife and i went into Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time yesterday. We have heard good things and wanted to try it. We planned on sitting down to eat but our babysitter had a family emergency and ask if we could come home early. We ended up getting takeout and the cashier was very helpful. I believe his name was Erik. He explained the different options in wings and had many sauce recommendations. He was very good at explaining different menu items and took real good care of us. To top it all off we got the receipt that we could do the survey on our experience and get $5 dollars off our next visit, but my wife unfortunately threw it out. We will definitely be coming back to sit down and eat for the simple reason that you can tell customer service is important to the restaurant. We are expecting good things at our next visit.
Awesome customer service! The waitress was very friendly, amd she saw our military IDs and gave us the discount without us even asking!

It doesn’t wow you but it is good. The place always seems to be on the loud side when it comes to the music and tv’s, but I like the food.The loaded nachos…get ’em with bbq pork you’ll love it. They also do a burger with bbq pork which is great. For some heat with flavor go for the Caribbean Jerk boneless wings.It’s a typical chain place…but like a lot of the chain restaurants over the last several years they have incorporated local flavor. They have SPASH and UWSP jerseys on the walls.Like all B-dubs they have tons of sauces available…but they could stand to have more local beers available as well as more stouts and porters.
Do not expect much in service. They take the BWW name for granted. Go to the Final Score.
