Terrible business practices. Ordered a Moo Shu veggie by delivery and was given moo Shu beef by mistake. When I called to tell them I received the wrong order, I was yelled at by the lady on the phone. She tried to tell me the beef was egg. Over and over, as I told her I was sure it was not egg, she would raise her voice to where she was yelling and tell me there was no way it was beef moo Shu. She made no attempt to make the situation right. The other people I was with told me the rest of the food was bland. The egg rolls had no taste. Bad attitude, bad food. My family has ordered from them for years and given them lots of business. The food has gone downhill. Skip Chef Chu’s.
I have been to Chef Chu’s numerous times. Although I have only dined in twice, the majority of my experiences have been take-out. The food is very consistent, and very good. While dining in, I had the lunch buffet. In general, not a fan of buffets as the food quality is typically compromised, but in Chef Chu’s I cannot say that is the case. It was very well taken care of. The clientele was a very diverse mix from elderly, business groups and then people like myself just out for a quick lunch. Overall, I was very satisfied from the speed of service, food quality and portion size. I did not leave hungry.As for the take-out experiences, I have had many. Best part is your order is done when they say it will be. They have become a family favorite for take-out. I sincerely recommend, especially if you are in a hurry. Nothing here seems to take very long.My favorite – Sweet & Sour Chicken

Wonderfully thoughtful! Since they were delivering to a hotel room they included plates and a fork. I didn’t think about that when ordering. 🙂
Went to chef Chus for their lunch buffet. Always good! The waitress did drop a fork on the floor though and put it back on the table behind us. Ew.
Uh yeah…. I question how often the other estactic reviewers here get out. The service is okay, the food is pretty ordinary, by no means poor, but I have to wonder if employees or relatives wrote the reviews. Not bad, not great.
Wonderful Chinese is Back!. Truly a mom and pop place in the best sense of the words. Quality and preparation is top notch. Very fresh and flavorful, while they do a great job with the usual dishes, ask for something unusual and they won’t disappoint. Very friendly people, great service. Best in area.Former owners have returned as of July 1 to turn the place around. Food had seriously gone downhill, as is good.That’s July 1, 2014!
