Amazing. That’s all one has to say.
Was in tonight with a friend and they were completely slammed. Still got in and out in 45 minutes with some of the best service and food that I have ever had. It doesn’t seem to matter if there are 10 people in the place or 150, they serve at the same speed. I’ve had Alex as my waitress multiple times and her knowledge of the menu and service is fantastic!! The Fire Dragon and Godzilla rolls are better than any rolls that I’ve had at sushi places that are 3-4X as expensive.So please with the team at Mastu Ya! If you put one in Orlando where I’m from, you would be a best seller. Keep up the great work!
Confusing menu. Food was fine. Service was blah… Prefer Tokyo Steak house overall now.
WORSE PLACE EVER!. I was recommended to eat here because some of my family members said it was good. I ordered a kids meal which was six dollars, udon noodles which was eight dollars, and a sashimi dish that was about twelve dollars. Plus two beers for my husband and one of their alcoholic drinks for myself for six dollars. Who knew that would cost me seventy something dollars right? Add all of that up with tax! Does that total up to seventy something? Lesson learned. Pay attention when you are paying because on the check it said forty something, but on the actual receipt that I signed it was seventy four. I called them back, but they said they didn’t over charge me. Yea go ahead and keep that other thirty bucks! What a rip off. Never going there again. I advise all you guys to double check your receipts and make sure the cashier doesn’t rip you off! She might’ve kept it for herself!!!!
Good Food and Great Value. I was driving through Point and on a recommendation stopped in for dinner. Arrived around 8:00 pm and the place was busy. When in a sushi plaice I always enjoy siting at the bar and Matsu Ya was no exception. Started with the Beef Tataki in Ponzo sauce, it was mouthwatering. Great ponzo sauce try using it to dip your rolls in. I also ordered a selection of Spicy Yellowtail Rolls, Fujiuyama Rolls and Spider Rolls. All were very good and reasonably priced. Service was good and our waiter spent a lot of time discussing the menu and the business. Give it a twirl.
Fantastic food- Went there my first time today. Wasn’t what i expected. Had no idea what half the food was, so i stood with something simple and it turned out fantastic. Teriyaki chicken and their clear soup were very delicious. Will definately go again and try something completely different. 5 out of 5 stars for me!
