BAD service. I went here for a work outing. The food was passable, though pricey for what you get. However, the real problem was the service. The waitress had a serious attitude problem. Clearly, she hated her job. That’s sad. Still, treating customers with disrespect is simply unacceptable–not to mention unwise, particularly when your customers usually tip exceptionally well. I won’t go back.

Restaurant 101. We have been loyal customers for 20 years! KThe last 2 times at dinner it has been ridiculous! No baked potatoes when there are all of 10 custmers! Waitresses who are disconnected with the customers and their needs. Almost disreectful! This restaurant was always my favorite ……but not any longer. If the owners want to stay in business they had better change their attitude, their menu and the cost of their martinis! Sad!

Awesome Food and Service. We entertain large groups and small groups here. The food is amazing. The flavor and the prep are spot on. The front of the building and the bar is an actual rail car. Service is excellent as well. Best cajun outside of New Orleans I have ever had.

Ahhhmazing food!!! Absolut…. Ahhhmazing food!!! Absolutely horrible service our waitress literally held her nose up to us & snapped at my husband for asking a question. Atmosphere made us beyond uncomfortable, not to mention they stuck us at a table where we couldn’t even move ( as us and a party in the entire restaurant)or we would hit the ppl next to us. VERY expensive but worth the penny if service changed.

Wonderful Dining Experience. This is my wife’s and my favorite restaurant in town, and where we almost always celebrate special occasions. The cuisine is creole/cajun inspired fare, but don’t worry about the spiciness level; there are many dishes that will not burn your tongue. The regular menu is tasty enough (try the pecan crusted salmon or the shrimp miguel), but the true experience belongs to the specials: seafood piri-piri, coconut crusted halibut, and duck with a raspberry glaze are personal favorites. You won’t be disappointed.

Small but classy. Part of this restaurant is in an authentic restored railroad coach. A little pricey as Stevens Point goes but a great place for a special occasion such as Valentines Day. Reservations recommended. The menu is spicy in a good way with some Cajun items but other more conventional dishes and steaks as well. As upscale restaurants go this is in good company with Bernards, @1800, and Christian’s Bistro.

Great food. American / Cajun dining. Not everything on the menu is spicy.Their Chicken or New York Steak Tchopitulas is my favorite. It’s blackened chicken or steak with potatoes, andoujlie sausage, mushrooms, onions and more. The craw fish balls appetizers are a classic.Entrees run about $20 to $30 each. They have a classy bar and a nice wine selection.
