Disappointed. This is the 4th time we have ordered carry out or delivery and they have been awfully late! I was told 25 minutes. Well an hour later I call them back and they say the driver has been out for 30minutes and our order was last in line. So now we have cold food and we r very upset. Another time i was told 10minutes for carryout but sat inside waiting for an additional 30 minutes!! They have great food but have now lost a customer. When my children have a bedtime and have to stay up past that just to eat?!? Ridiculous!
This is absolutely the worst place to order food from especially on a Monday or Wednesday. Not only does it take nearly two-three hours to be delivered but once the order has arrived the food is cold and not tasteful at all. The service is completely horrible for the ignorant employees to the owner who doesn’t care about how her restaurant is ran. Then to top it off they even continue to double tax all customer on their half price sushi. Also I wouldn’t recommend eating there if it rain there has been multiple encounters when sitting in the back room and the roof leaking while I am waiting for my food to be cooked. The food is ok if you want to pay for over taxed sushi that has been made over three to four hours ahead.
