Just an average breakfast. Everything was mediocre had omelets that were nothing to complain about but nothing was even ok enough to say I’d ever go back.
Same menu for at least 15 years. Works only because it’s one of the only places to get breakfast in Point. The atmosphere isn’t bad. The service is usually good. The ingredients seem fresh enough, but the food is very bland. My elderly parents enjoy it, but I just wish they would update the menu and insert some flavor. I also think if you offer fresh fruit it should be ripe not rock hard, and huevos rancheros need to be made with beans or maybe even chorizo not chli. All in all if you need to have breakfast in Point it will do, but don’t expect to be wowed.
Little pricey for breakfast, but it was really good. Decor was nice.
Good Stuff!. We love to visit The Wooden Chair when we’re in town to see family. The food is always tasty and the atmosphere is cozy! I love the Crabby Guy sandwich!!
The food is cheap and the owner is the same. The title says it all.at one time the food was real at the chair now,its cheap.Be careful of the new owner,her food is not made as she claims.I have ate better food at burger king.I have only one thing to say,,,we need new owners before its to late..Till then i will never eat there…
A good choice. The Wooden chair has a good variety of breakfast and sandwich items on the menu. Located downtown in a restored bank building the atmospere is casual and friendly. A word to the wise, Sunday mornings are usually crowded for good reason, but there is rarely more than a short wait. A good place to meet a small party of friends for breakfast or lunch.Located in downtown Stevens Point
