The Sun Prairie location is always clean and friendly. The food is always great but what sets the one in Sun Prairie apart from other chain restaurants is the staff. I always feel like I’m at a real restaurant and not just some place with some teenage kids working. I pay attention to the employees at most places I go and I’ve noticed they are always diligent about putting on clean gloves before they handle your food. They also look at you and speak loud and clear when asking what you want. The guy who I assume is the owner/manager is always friendly.
It just didn’t taste that fresh to me. Every time I go to chipotle or qdoba it’s always great. This place isn’t bad I mean I still ate everything just probably won’t be going back anytime soon.
Cold food. I have tried this place three time and have always received cold food.
Not nearly as tasty as Qdoba or Chipotle.
