  Sorry, but I have to agree with other negative reviews on food quality and taste. Went at 11 so nothing was sitting, but food was mushy/soggy and chicken did taste old. Seems the people in charge are a tad too young to understand about the importance of quality and cleanliness. Will not return.

  WORST Chinese food delivery I have ever received. Bad food, horrible service. I regret spending as much as I did on my first (and only) order.Governor’s (kung pao) chicken: Chicken had a strange mushy texture, broccoli was mushy to the point of falling apart, bland flavor, not at all spicy. Kung pao chicken is usually one of my favorite Chinese dishes, and this just plain sucked.Fragrant beef: The texture of the beef was slightly gelatinous and barely reminiscent of actual beef. The vegetables were fine. The flavor was bland, and like the kung pao chicken, not spicy.Crab rangoons: Actually pretty good. They were your standard take out Chinese food crab rangoons.General Tso’s Chicken: Not as bad as the other two main dishes, and not the worst General Tsos that Ive had, but still bad. The broccoli was the best part. Biting into it, the chicken itself was barely recognizable as chicken. This was partially because most of the pieces were so small they were almost entirely breading, but also because the meat was worse quality than McDonalds chicken nuggets.Appetizer platter for two: Gross, misleading description. The calamari breading was soggy, the crispy shrimp were fine, and the pot stickers were fine, and the egg roll was decent. The BBQ pork was dry and tough, and I would compare it to jerky, but that would be unfair to jerky. The description on Beyond Menu at the time that I ordered it said Egg rolls,BBQ pork,grilled pot stickers, crispy shrimp, calamari. One of the big reasons I ordered this was because I wanted a couple eggs rolls and it seemed like a pretty good deal. Egg rolls, as the description stated, is plural. However, when it arrived, there was only one egg roll, as apparently their description on Beyond Menu was wrong.The crap-cherry on top of all this was that they originally forgot my crab rangoons when they delivered it. I called them up and asked if they could deliver the rangoons and the missing egg roll. Despite trying to explain to the manager and another employee multiple times, (and showing the delivery driver the plural egg rolls on the menu), they refused to give me a second egg roll, and came across as unapologetic and rude. I understand that it was apparently a mistake in the description, but any halfway decent restaurant would simply update the description and give the customer a free egg roll, which costs them next to nothing. They did, however, send the driver back with the crab rangoons, but I did tell them that they could simply refund me the price of the rangoons instead of returning if they preferred. I usually wouldnt be so petty about something like this, but after spending a total of $38 after tax, delivery fee, and tip (I regret tipping beforehand), only to get the worst Chinese food Ive ever eaten, I was feeling pretty ripped off and annoyed. After they delivered the missing crab rangoons, they did update the description to accurately reflect the fact that their appetizer platter for two only comes with one egg roll.The part of my order that was the least screwed up or gross was the steamed white rice. How pathetic.
