Ordered delivery. Took almost an hour and a half but it’s a Saturday night and was totally worth the wait. Garlic bread and antipasti are fantastic. Like the meat balls. Could have done without the spedini. Super reasonable. Give it a try you probably won’t be disappointed.
Super delicious!! I had the salmon and my boyfriend had the sausage sandwich both were large portions and delicious. Out waiter Greg was full of personality!
Excellent meal.. 4 went for dinner Sunday night. 2 split a florentine pizza w added kalamatas – the pizza was perfectly cooked and tasted great. I had the Chicken Marsala which is what is prompting me to write this review. It was terrific. The accompanying pasta was truly al dente (a rarity I’ve found in Milwaukee). Even better was finding out the pasta is homemade (though some of the pastas like fusilli won’t be). What a bonus. The 4th dinner was a split chicken/eggplant parm. which also was well received. Service was fine and attentive. Overall it really was pleasant having dinner there last night. Finally, the price point can’t be beat. We would have spent almost twice as much at Pasta Tree and probably wouldn’t have been as satisfied – OK, tied at best.
Ordered a pizza from here, thought it was very tasty. Glad this place is around, can never have too many pizza options around town.
We were sad to see Palermo Villa go but so glad that this new incarnation of neighborhood Italian restaurant is owned and run by the same family. The decor is updated but still warm and inviting. The staff still greet you like family and serve you like royalty. We’ve tried something from each section of the menu and haven’t been disappointed yet. The pizza is fantastic but it’s hard to choose a favorite between the Palermo and the Mediterranean. The pasta dishes are perfectly cooked and seasoned, and very satisfying! They offer the option of ordering half portions on the pasta dishes which is perfect for a lighter dinner or as an appetizer to share. Speaking of appetizers, Divinos’ antipasto is a step above the typical cold cuts and cheese plate offered in some restaurants. It’s my personal favorite on the menu. Both the bar and the dining room are very cozy and everyone is friendly. They’ll make you feel like you’re part of the family. Best dining experience in the neighborhood!
Great Restaurant!!. My wife and I have been to Divino’s 3 times already since it opened earlier this year. The atmosphere is perfect, with the open brick, to the woodwork, to the amazing flooring. We’ve been there with family and only adults, and we’ve been there with our 3-year-old. All experiences have been great. And lastly is the food. They serve some extremely good Italian food. The pizza is some of the best you’ll have, but I’d also recommend trusting the chef and trying whatever the evening’s special is. Enjoy!
Great food and great service. We are very pleased that this has a positive upgrade to the old Palermo villa. Same favorites and new items added to menu. Great upgrades in the bar and dining room.
